Hey everyone, first of all thanks for all the support and views I get on my personal work, it means a lot to me! I'm a bit sad that I'm running out of pages before I can make more. I've been cultivating this comic in my spare time for a while now, and it becomes more difficult to manage because I'm cultivating my freelance career at the same time. I realize now how counterproductive they can be for each other-
Freelance isn't steady cash flow, but it pays a lot more when good gigs come around. My comic combined with a Patreon is a lot less money, but it would be a reliable amount every month. The problem is that whenever I get freelance I prioritize that completely, so working on the comic and patreon rewards goes out the window(especially because it's not a sustainable amount of money right now).
I'm excited about all the comments and favorites I get from all of you, I recognize some names in my notifications now and that warms my little heart. So I'd love to hear any feedback or ideas you'd have to share about keeping something alive while it's on hiatus. I'm thinking of not coloring pages to lighten the workload, and sharing sketches of upcoming characters and monsters. If I could find other artists who only work on their comics half time that would be useful too.
